WAIS. Second Appeal

WAIS charges no dues because we know that some members, especially in less developed countries, face real financial problems. However, we depend on other members to contribute to our expenses. I myself work without remuneration and contribute to WAIS expenses. We make our annual appeal in the fall, but we are now making a spring appeal only to whose who missed the fall appeal.
